Day One
Individual arrivals in Boston. This evening we meet our local tour director at our hotel and enjoy a get acquainted dinner. (D)
Day Two
We start our day with a guided tour of Boston before our journey to coastal Maine. Along our journey we visit coastal New England and conclude our day with a lobster pulling cruise followed by a traditional lobster dinner. (B, Lobster Dinner)
Day Three
Today we travel into the White Mountains of New Hampshire. We visit the Castle in the Clouds and the village of North Conway. We overnight in the North Conway area this evening. (B,D)
Day Four
Following breakfast we enjoy a picture stop at the Mount Washington
Hotel before continuing to the Cannon Mountain Tram for a scenic
journey and conclude our day with a drive along the Kancamangus Highway. (B,D)
Day Five
Today we say good-bye to the White Mountains and journey into the Green Mountains of Vermont. This morning we visit Quechee Gorge (Vermont’s Little Grand Canyon). Enjoy some free time in the charming village of Woodstock and conclude our day with at visit to the Calvin Coolidge State Historic Site. We
overnight the next two evenings in the Rutland area of Vermont. (B,D)
Day Six
This morning we visit Lake Champlain for a scenic cruise and the village of Middlebury for lunch and shopping on our own. This afternoon we visit the Vermont Soap Factory and conclude our day with a visit to the New England Maple Museum. A farewell dinner is served at the hotel. (B,D)
Day Seven
Following breakfast, we journey back to Boston taking with us fond memories of New England. (B)
